Burning Calories

Summary: The amount of calories you burn is not determined by the distance but by how rigourusly you are exercizing and for how long. You can walk a mile and run a mile but in the end the running will have burned off more calories then the walking.

Critique: Makes sense to me. I think it is correct, and it even takes into account of how much you weigh and exercize.

Impact: Either one: we will have to go running more often or two: walk two miles.
