Summary: Doctors who paid to test for cardiac stress are prescribing it to patients a lot more than those who don't get paid to test for cardiac stress. This makes perfect sense, it likes a waiter not wanting a tip. Maybe, though it could possibly become a little ridiculous if they were saying get it checked every day even though you have no good reason to.
My Thoughts: That makes sense.
Impact: People will look twice at you when you, "Cardiac testing is the only solution.........I'm sorry."
