summary- coral bleaching is a pretty crazy event that happens to the coral reefs around the planet. its caused by the water temp to rise. its when the and there symbiotic algae become heat-stressed and the algae witch feed the corals eater die or leave the algae. there have bin atleast seven huge bleaching events in the globe in the past 30 yrs. Australia's great barrier reef have suffered 8 huge events in 1980 the worst ones being in 2002 when 55% of the reef was harmed. the times that it has bin happening have bin getting bigger and bigger.
critique- it was a good article, but it sucks that the corals are starting to go.
impact- it had a good impact on my cuz like a lot for fish use them as shelter from other fish. and as a home and there being destroyed. and they are a really beautiful thing in the ocean and a good scuba place for people.
