summary- more than 2600 men and woman, within the ages 18-85, found that 150 mins of physical stuff a week to keep healthy and have good sleep. 65% of the people that work out or do something active have better sleep than those who don't. And those who did work out the didn't feel as sleepy during the day. Some of the important of exercise to a number of health factors. among the adults that don't exercise in the USA about 35 to 40% of the population has problems with falling asleep, and are falling asleep in the day time. So if you don't get good sleep during the night then that will effect your job because you are having to go for coffee every 5 mins.

critique-i thought it was good but nothing i didn't know already from exuberance.

impact- i thought that its crazy about how many people don't work out or are just lazy. it makes me crazy if i don't work out at least 5 times a week.
