Trans Fat Levels In Microwave Meals


Summary: Recently, studies have found out, in men, has trans fat that makes the waistline increase.  This may be in women too but scientists are getting more research on women.  But both male and female should watch out for waste line increase especially when someone is on s diet.  A lot of microwavable meals are low in calories, but they have a lot of trans fat.  But the brands Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, and healthy choice have zero trans fat.  So mainly make sure that the foods don’t have a lot of trans fat.  If people eat to many trans fatty foods, people can get really hurt.  

Critique: Trans fat is really unhealthy for you.  Eating to many trans fatty foods can clog up your arteries and damage different parts of your body.  So now I’m going to watch out how many trans fatty foods I eat. 

Impact: Everybody loves trans fatty foods but don’t realize how bad it is for us.  So watch out how many trans fat foods you eat so that you can be safe.
