Athletes

http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2011/10/111021151611.htm

Summary- Athletes are good at what they do, but under pressure such as winning or losing a game they can easily choke. The reason why an athlete can choke is because they focus on other things and many things go through their mind. Their attention is distracted. "Paying attention to what you were suppose to be doing and then changing it and focusing and making sure everything is working right can just screw you up" a author said. The best thing to do is to just relax and think about the game. Telling someone under pressure just to relax can just screw someone up.
Under pressure can mess alot of stuff up. You can help by telling them that they were doing amazing and to do the same thing.

Critique- Good article, I needed to hear that because sometimes I get nervous when I'm playing sports.

Impact- I am going to try not to get nervous, this article is a good one. Playing sports is my life.
