Breakfast Can Help You Lose Weight


Summary: A lot of people, mostly females, think that a good way to lose weight is by skipping breakfast.  But researchers have found out that people that skip breakfast actually gain than to those who eat breakfast every morning.  Teens that eat breakfast are more active and lose weight more than teens that are not eating breakfast.  Researchers say that eating breakfast gives a better chance of having a more energetic day than those who skip breakfast.  And studies say it is healthier to eat breakfast in the morning no matter what the age is. 

Critique: Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day.  And it is true; if we eat breakfast then we will be filled with a lot of energy for the day.  And you can eat cereal, toast, bananas, strawberries and a bunch more. 

Impact: The impact is that we can be more energetic if we eat breakfast everyday instead of being lazy and tired.
