Leatherback Turtle Migration Reveals Danger Zones in the Pacific Ocean

Summary: Basically, the leatherback turtle population is decreasing because when the turtles leave their eggs on shore to go feed on jelly fish, they are getting caught by fisheries and in fishing gear. The leatherback turtle population has decreased 90% since 1980. This can lead to extinction of the leatherback turtles.

Impact: Maybe fisheries will be more cautious of what they catch.

Critique: Turtles are cool and are needed in the food chain/web, so if they go extinct the food web may be screwed up.
