Summary- Stress has been a big factor on the human body for along time already. Telemeres are a protective cap that goes at the end of a chromosome. If it senses aging they naturally shorten as time goes on. The human body has a stress response that is regulated by a HPA axis which means hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. This controls the body levels of cortisol. This is a stress hormone.

Impact- This made no impact on me.

Critique- This was a good article I learned alot.
