Sugary Drinks

Reference: http://www.cnn.com/2011/08/31/health/soda-drinking-habits/index.html

Summary: The amount of sugary drinks we consume in America has gone up immensely in the past 20 years. Though it may not be contributing very much to the obesity epidemic, Americans are driniking way more soda than recommended. About 3 cans a week is plenty enough, but most Americans drink about 2 cans of soda everyday. Male teens drink the most sugary drinks out of everyone. It is recommended that we replace these sugary drinks with healthier choices like water, milk, or tea.

Critique: I agree we drink too much soda, but really, water milk or tea? What 16-year old teenage boy is going to want to drink tea? I think it's stupid, to be honest. If America doesn't want to change, then it won't.

Impact: Maybe people will start drinking tea instead of juice or soda.
