Poisonous Oceans Delayed Animal Evolution

Summary: According to researchers, the oceans were filled up with lethal sulfide before mankind. The most sense to this, is by looking at one of the seven wonders of the world, The Grand Canyon. The canyon was once filled with water and possibly even under the ocean. The sulfide was here around 750 million years ago and supposedly made the Grand Canyon what it is today. This happened, by the sulfide eating away at the rock causing the canyon to have massive gaps. The way this delayed animal evolution was the water killed anything they came near it because sulfide is extremely deadly.

Impact: The world will finally understand why the Grand Canyon is the way it is and how it was made.

Critique: I have never gone to the Grand Canyon but it seems neat and I'm going there in November.
