poverty is sweeping the nation as numbers rise. every day millions of Americans struggle to stay above the official poverty line, but the fact of the matter is it is just impossible for some people to maintain life above poverty. today around 37 million Americans suffer from poverty. Even more depressing is 5 million people that are poor today weren't poor in the year 2000 that is a drastic increase. We can only hope things get better.
positives and negatives
positives-there is nothing positive about poverty nothing at all.
negatives-what isn't negative about increasing poverty. crime rates are more common among poor communities.
impact-in twenty five years it could easily be somewhere in the 45-50 millions that poverty affects
