They are nutritious and delicious.  Not only are they good, but they can also help you keep control of your blood sugar and help you lose weight.  Strawberries can help you lose weight in three ways.  Strawberries can stimulate your metabolism and can prevent your apatite.  Strawberries can slow the rate of priggish foods.  This will help control your blood sugar when it starts to rise up.  You can reduce your weight if you eat strawberries.  Strawberries have 49 calories, but have three grams of fiber, are filled with vitamin C, have potassium, have magnesium, and have calcium.  They also keep the brain fit and healthy.  The best way to make sure you get the best strawberries is to buy them fresh, bright red, and firm. 

Critique: I think that strawberries are an amazing fruit because they help us to stay healthy and to control, things such as diabetes, and high blood sugar.  I did not know that strawberries were that healthy for our bodies.  I am not the biggest fan of strawberries but when I see how good they are for your body it makes me want to rethink eating them more often

Impact: Strawberries can help people by giving them the right nutrients that a person needs.  Potassium, magnesium, and calcium are very good for your body and will help you stay healthy for a long time.
