Summary:  Getting colds are something everyone can get.  We need to be careful on what you touch because you can get a cold very easily.  Washing your hands is very important. After you are done doing some kind of hard work or touching something dirty you should always wash your hands.  If you don’t wash your hands, you can get sick by touching your eyes, rubbing your noise or even putting your hands in your mouth.  Here are the seven tips to help you fight a cold if get one.  You need to get good rest.  When you are sick, you should get eight hours or more sleep.  Allowing yourself to not stress will also help.  When you have stress with a cold you can even more sick.  You also need to be careful with your social life.  Don’t have many come over because you can spread your germs to other people.  To help you get better you can exercise.  Doctors say that when you exercise with curtain sicknesses you can get better faster.   Vitamin C can be helpful for the cold you have.  When taking some vitamin C, you need to make sure that you stay hydrated.

Critique:  Colds are not a big deal unless you don’t take care of it rightly.  Knowing when to stop and rest when not feeling good is key.  Pushing yourself while sick can make you worse.  Not taking proper care of yourself can cause the cold to get worse and last longer.

Impact:  I think that we can prevent a lot of sickness in our lives by taking proper steps like washing your hands.  A simple step that takes no time at all can prevent a sickness that can last a long time.
