Sugar slowly killing you?
Recently there have been studies on sugar and how it is affecting the
health of humans across the globe. Some researchers are saying that sugar should be
regulated just like alcohol and tobacco. Studies have shown that sugar ca be as addictive
has alcohol an tobacco and should only be sold to people 17 and older. Sugar is known to
cause many diseases like obesity and heart and liver failure. Scientists are saying “
Nature made sugar hard to get; man made it easy.” They are also saying that sugar is
harmful to our bodies and does more damage then good.
Impact: I think more people should pay attention to some of the things presented
in this article. It makes sense that sugar is bad for us because if it was good for us we
would be able to easily access natural sugar.
