Too Many Kids Breathe Others' Smoke In Cars

Reference: http://abcnews.go.com/Health/wireStory/kids-breathe-smoke-cars-cdc-15519814

Summary: Government researchers reported that more than 1 in 5 high school students and middle schoolers ride in cars while others are smoking which makes this another thing parents worry about when their kids are in cars. Exposure to this kind of secondhand smoke has been linked with breathing problems and allergy symptoms.

Critique: I think that people should be a little more careful when they're smoking in a car with other kids in it. This doesn't really apply to only high school students, but adults in general. I don't think they know the risks of secondhand smoke.

Impact: If this continues, then i think more people would have a higher risk of having breathing problems. But if people stop, then it would lower the risk
