increasing jellyfish populations

Reference- http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2012/02/120201181220.htm
Summary- Scientists say that there is a sudden increase in jellyfish populations. Some of the things people have been seeing are clogged nets for fishermen, tourists getting stung by jellyfish, and choked intake lines for power plants. Scientists conclude that we are seeing this increase in jelly fish population due to human activities such as global warming and overharvesting of sea creatures.
Impact- This can impact many different things. On one hand, it can impact businesses. As the article stated, the jellyfish are impacting the fishermen and clogging their nets. This can also impact our power plants because jellyfish are causing choked intake lines for power plants. This can affect many businesses that rely on the ocean for their income. It can also affect beaches or ocean cities because tourists may not want to visit the ocean due to an increase in jelly fish populations.
Critique- I think this is scary. I think even a mouse bite hurts, I can only imagine a jellyfish bite. I'll pass on that.
