Summary: I read an interesting article, depression in fathers is a sign that maybe the kids will have depression too. As obvious as this sounds, guess people were just leaving out the fathers. Now, you can blame the father for your depression if you happen to favor your mother. (Okay, not funny, I know. It's still gonna stay here, though.) What I said earlier isn't entirely true, some scientists may have studied paternal depression and the effect it has on the offspring, but in this article the particular group of people who are studying it, did not until recently.
My thoughts: I don't really know what to make out of this in all honesty. It merely points out something they really should have been looking out for in the first place. Depression is a serious thing and can become dangerous to the person who has it.
Impact: People will start to realize that fathers can pass down their depression too?
