summary- Exercise is also frequently recommended as a treatment, but there has bot been a sufficient scientific evidence that has an effect on migraine patients. so if you dont exercise and sit at your computer all day then your most likely to get a headache and you dont eat enough protein you will get a headache. and they hurt i have allway wander what causes them.
