Bats Show Ear Shape Changes

Summary: Researchers from Virginia Tech, found that certain bats can change their ear shape to match an ultrasonic hearing pattern. It only takes a tenth of a second for the bats to change their ear shape. A human’s blink of an eye takes 2 to 3 times longer than a bat to change its ear shape.
