even the cleanest water has bacteria

Summary- A couple of scientists did tests on wastewater. They used a super powerful cleaning machine on wastewater, and it still showed bacteria. This bacteria is also called, "super bacteria".
Critique- That's nasty. Since water bottles come from creeks and rivers and stuff, and they use super cleaning machines on that water, what if there is still a lot of bacteria in it?
Impact- this can impact all the people of the world because if we keep drinking water and it has bacteria in it, then maybe we can get really sick.
