Summary: Parents are avoiding getting their kids to get the chicken pox vaccine by giving them infeced lollipops. That's right, parents are paying big bucks to get these lollipops sucked on by sick kids shipped across the country hoping their kid will get the chicken pox, so they won't have to get a vaccine. About 6% of parents have not given their children the vaccine. There was a FB page with about a 1000 likes distributing these lollipops, but it was shut down. There are some other pages like this too. Mostly its just vaccine- protesting parents, but apparently its a bad idea. You could give your child another sickness, and its not even a good way to get chicken pox. It spreads through breath, not saliva. Doctors will not recommend this.
Critique: Seriously, that is rediculous. Just get your kid a vaccine! That is cruel and unusual for both the sick kid and the one they are trying to infect. Gross. That's all I have to say.
Impact: I hope parents see how wrong this is. Maybe they will just go get the vaccine!
