Summary: A stuffed animal perched on the outside of a hotel in Houston stops traffic as everyone tries to catch a glimpse. Fire station came to find that the “tiger” was only a stuffed animal.
Critique: I don’t know who put that tiger on that ledge and if they did it on purpose but I’m sure it gave everyone a good laugh.
Impact: There really is no impact except the fact that this little toy set back Houston.
