http://esciencenews.com/articles/2011/12/12/worlds.smallest.frogs.discovered.new.guinea
Summary- Honolulu has found the world's smallest frog in South eastern New Guinea. They are also the world's smallest tetrapods (non-fish vertebrates). These small creatures on only 8 to 9 millimeters.
Impact- This new discovery of frogs will lead to an update in the Guinness book of world records. :) The article did not say whether they are poisonous or not, so this may also be a new house pet. :)
Critique- Frogs are cute. I liked our class frog, Clumsy... until he died.
