Exceeded nuclear plant design

Summary- A special inspection has been sent to the plant rocked by the 5.8 magnitude quake. The plant cannot be restarted till operator show that no damage occurred to the equipment at the plant for safe reasons. It will probably take three or four weeks till the team preliminary findings are released.

Critique- This means that the plant won’t be able to get back up till they inspect the plant to see if anything was damaged by the quake. So this isn’t good so the plant can’t get back up and running till they inspect it.

Impact- Nothing will be able to get going till it is back up and running. So the plant design has been delay till the operator inspects it first before putting it back on.
