rising carbon dioxide 'confuse' sea creatures

Reference- http://www.sciencenews.org/view/generic/id/337677/description/Rising_carbon_dioxide_confuses_brain_signaling_in_fish

Scientists recently discovered that the rising carbon dioxide and the ocean acidification that they consume can cause odd behavior in fish. People believe that these findings can go a long way due to the changes in sea creatures behavior making them confused, or dazed.
Impact- This really doesn't impact the human population much it just could be a health concern if the carbon dioxide levels keep raising.
Critique- This could be kind of scary because I think carbon dioxide is bad. :)
