Electronic Skin
Summary: University of Illinois made a device smaller than a postage stamp. It sticks to skin like a temporary tattoo. The devices can be used by “patients, athletes, doctors, secret, agents, you.” The device is used to measure blood flow, muscle movement, electrical signals, and on top of that, it can send all of that information to a computer.
Critique: This is actually a cool device. To think that something that small can do that much is outstanding.
Impact: This can make lives of everyday people and doctors much easier.
