Summary: Eating breakfast is usually not on the list of priorities for a teenager. Due to time, laziness, or insecurities, the average teenagers doesn't think twice about skipping this important meal. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it is healthier for adolescences to eat a good breakfast in the morning because that is where you get your energy to start the day off right.

Critique: Usually i don't eat breakfast due to lack of time or laziness. Now that i know that it is an easy way for me to maintain healthy, i may just eat a good breakfast every morning!

Impact: This article should impact the lives of teens and persuade them that eating a good breakfast is actually a healthier choice then not.
