Dark Chocolate vs. Milk Chocolate

Summary: We have known for a while now that dark chocolate is proven to be healthier for you rather than milk chocolate is, but now, it also proven to satisfy an appetite better than milk chocolate can. Aside from giving us healthier fatty acids and numerous antioxidants, dark chocolate is also proven to lessen the desire to eat sweet, salty and fattening foods.

Critique: Personally, i have never liked dark chocolate and always preferred milk chocolate. This article makes me re-think the passing of dark chocolate because of how much healthier is is for my body to consume.

Impact: I think this article impacts those people who trade their dark chocolates with milk chocolate and also to the people that are dieting. It is a much healthier alternate and is still chocolate!
