Exercise, Lose Weight and Become Healthier

Reference: http://www.cbn.com/health/fitness/DrLen_newyear_resolution.aspx
Summary: Now that New Years is over, it is time to lose the weight that we have gained through the holidays.  But not every one wants to lose weight. If that is you, here are a couple things you should consider.  Losing weight is not as simple as a math problem.  It doesn’t take five minutes just to lose a bunch of pounds; it takes time to lose weight.  But don’t weary, in a matter of time, you will lose the amount of weight that you want to lose.  The body burns calories by destroying the carbohydrates, proteins and fats.  These are the only choices there are.  People that have fatigue or cravings burn calories through the splitting of carbohydrates and or proteins.  By now, you should be in the fat burn zone.  This is the best-known aerobic exercise.  60 to 75 percent of your bodies weight loss is a result of your diet.  When you exercise, you only lose about 15 to 20 percent of weight by just working out.  Diets don’t always work.  A good diet is a diet that will last you a long time.  A fad diet is a pretty good diet to do.  Through this diet you can lose about 20 pounds in 20 days.

Critique: I have eaten a lot of junk food through out this holiday.  I have also been lazy to workout.  But when I was reading this article, it changed my perspective of stuff.  So hopefully it will change yours.

Impact: Diets are good for people that need them.  All I got to say is to try your hardest and to see what happens when you do.
