Video games improve your Vision

Action Video games, these types of games keep you aware of you surroundings, you notice the slightest movement in the darkest places, you can tell when your enemies are moving about and when to go in for the kill. Researchers believe that playing action games, like first person shooters, can make the ability of being able to tell the difference of the slightest color change was an ability thought that you could not enhance it.Researchers are now showing that playing these games enhances this ability by 58 percent. They took people in as guinea pigs and assigned different people different games that had to be played 50 hours over a time of 9 weeks. The people who were assigned the action, first person shooter game Call of Duty 2 showed 48 percent increase in the color contrasting ability. Some people used to think playing video games and being on your computer all day was bad for your eyes is actually not correct they are actually good for your eyes.
Impact: Gamers have no need now to be afraid of playing games in the dark and staring at that bright screen and having to get glasses later on, instead they can be glad to do this.
Critique: This is amazing to know because i was worried that i would nee to get some sort of glasses because f playing video games at night and in the dark.
