Antidepressant Linked to Brain Abnormalities

Summary: Antidepressants were given to pregnant rats eight days post birth frequently to test what would happen. The rats were tested and the tests came out with tumors and other abnormalities in the brain. The reason to do this experiment was that, frequently brain abnormalities came up. Researchers found that most of the people were taking a popular antidepressant. Then it became obvious that problems with peoples brains were linked to a popular antidepressant.

Impact: People will now know what antidepressants not to take.

Critique: I don't use antidepressants but I know people who do and I hope they aren't using this product.
