Sweet On Sweet Potatoes
Summary: A cool classic food for thanksgiving is sweet potatoes.  Sweat potatoes were first found in South America.  They are a good source of food that has nutrition.  They have beautiful orange color on the inside.  When you see this color, you know that it is filled with carotenoids.  It contains fiber, vitamin A, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.  One cup of sweet potatoes gives you two hundred calories and no fat.  When people heard that this type of food had a good source of nutrients, they started to buy them.  Sweet potatoes are still good without any marshmallows or any spices.  You can make sweet potatoes into fries.  You first peel the skin off, and then you put it in dices.  When that is done, you add some olive oil, some pepper and salt and then put in the oven.  After all the hard work, you have some good fresh baked sweet potatoes.

Critique: Sweet potatoes are a really good vegetable.  I used to eat sweet potatoes so much as a baby that my skin actually turned orange.  I guess anything in excess isn’t good for you.  I have not eaten them since I was a baby, this article actually makes me want to go and try them again, especially with all the marshmallows on them. 

Impact: This vegetable is healthy for our bodies.  Not only are they good with marshmallows, but also they are good without them.  Instead of buying more and more ingredients for a sweet potato foods that you make, you should save your money and bake without any extra material.
