Summary- EL PASO, Texas a female tiger has killed her mate at Western Texas zoo. Authorities say a rare attack that came after a couple of months of a jealousy in a feline love triangle. A three year old tiger Malayan tiger Seri kills six year old Wzui at about 4 p.m. on Thursday in an enclosure at the zoo. As soon as the incident was reported zookeepers closed the tiger exhibit and the veterinary staff were called. They examined Wzui and found that he was dead.
Critique- I think it was normal for the tiger to kill one and other just because of jealousy like other animals do. If you look at other news you will see that other animals have killed other animals just because of jealousy.
Impact- I think the impact on this could be telling the zoo’s to be care full where you place your animals. Also that you should watch the animals behavior closely to make sure nothing like this happens again. Also so you can do something before this happens again.
