Fossil Feathers Found

Secrets from the age of the dinosaurs are usually revealed by fossilized bones, but scientists have turned up a treasure trove of Cretaceous feathers trapped in tree resin. The resin preserved 80 million year old feathers, possibly from before dinosaurs. Scientists said the feathers were brown, or black.
Critique: I think it's cool how scientists found feathers in a tree resin. I would have never thought that feathers that are 80million years old would still be in good enough condition to evaluate.
Impact: It can help us figure out the history of the earth.
