Medical Requirements

Summary: It would appear that becoming a certified in the medical department may have to do with more than just ambition. From what this article is saying, it has somewhat to do with, race, ethnicity, what age you graduated, and your debt. A test was run to see how many medical student actually became certified, 87.3% out of 42,440 did. That would mean only 37,054 got certified! Older medical student who withdrew or were dismissed from there medical education, had a lower chance of becoming certified.
Critique: I geuss that this would make sense that it may be even fair. Choosing to certify someone based on race and age is really not how I would do it, I would base it more on how skilled they were in that field.
Impact: This could maybe make people angry for being unfair and not giving everyone a fully fair chance.
