Salt could make you stupid

Summary- A new study says you should eat less salt and exercise more to keep your brain active and so you can be smarter. Also it says that you should eat lest salt so you can keep your brain motivated and so your brain can function better. If you love salty food but don’t love to exercise you should do more exercising. Most of the food you eat has way more salt than you think.
Critique- I think you shouldn’t have that much salt because if you have too much salt that makes you fat. Also salt isn’t even good for you any how cause if you eat too much salt you will have a high blood pressure and it is bad to have to high of a blood pressure.
Impact- The impact is that salt isn’t good for you anyhow. Salt can affect your body anyhow so this should make people think twice before eating salt or even more salt than they should for now on.

No, too much salt is definitely not good for you. However, teenage girls need to have a lot of salt and drink lots of water to keep their blood volume up. Not doing so can result in fainting. This isn't an excuse to get a large order of fries with your meal, just make sure that there is enough salt and water in your diet. Outside of adolescent girls, this doesn't really apply. Great post!
