Vitamins


Summary: Vitamins are micronutrients that are necessary to a healthy living and to life.  But without vitamins, people could be seriously hurt.  But vitamins are a big dietary role in wanting to be healthy.  Vitamins can reduce degenerative disorders, curtain illnesses, improvement on the immune system, and probably a healthier life.   

Critique: Everyone knows that vitamins are good for us.  So a way to stay healthy is to take our daily vitamins so that we can have a better and healthy life. If want vitamins, you can usually find them at a drug store.   

Impact: Having our daily vitamins is very important like calcium.  Calcium makes your bones strong.  Another one is vitamin B-12.  This vitamin helps our immune system.  There are so much more vitamins out there.  So lets have our daily vitamins so that we can stay healthy.
